Most Memorable Cases
1. Revision Transplant (Second Hair Transplant) – Mr. Jirayu
This case involved a second hair transplant, as the initial procedure did not fully cover the desired areas. The complexity of secondary hair transplants stems from the scarcity of donor hair and the presence of scar tissue. However, after the procedure, hair grew densely, significantly enhancing the patient’s confidence. As an influencer, he now feels more comfortable in front of the camera.
2. Craniotomy Scar (Hair Transplant for Surgical Scars) – Mr. Romtham
This patient sought a hair transplant to conceal a long surgical scar from a craniotomy. This case presented unique challenges due to the reduced survival rate of hair grafts on scar tissue. Despite this, the results greatly exceeded expectations due to precise technique and careful execution; the scar was successfully covered.
3. Mega Session (High-Density Hair Transplant) – Mr. Jacob
This patient had Norwood Scale 6 baldness, one of the most difficult levels for hair transplantation. However, his donor area’s strength and density remained high due to his relatively young age. Our team successfully transplanted 4,200 grafts, making this one of our largest cases. After nine months, he returned from Slovenia for a follow-up, bringing gifts for the team, delighted with his results.
4. Older Patient (Hair Transplant for an Elderly Patient) – Mr. Jeremy
This elderly foreign patient left a lasting impression on me. Older patients often have weaker donor hair, making transplants more challenging. The post-op results were natural and aesthetically pleasing thanks to precise planning and expert techniques. The success of Mr. Jeremy’s first transplant solidified his trust in our clinic, prompting him to undergo a second procedure.
